Job summary

World Courier (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics operations professional to manage day‑to‑day time‑critical air courier import/export shipments. You will arrange flight bookings, AWBs, and monitor end‑to‑end movement while coordinating with airlines and ground handlers to ensure seamless transit.

The role requires handling customs procedures, accurate documentation, and providing real‑time updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.
• Familiar with logistics systems; able to learn quickly.
• Experience in air freight or courier ops is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for time‑critical and specialty air courier import and export shipments.
• Arrange, coordinate, and monitor flight bookings, AWB and end‑to‑end courier movement.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and last‑mile delivery teams for seamless transit.
• Handle full customs clearance procedures and documentation for regulated shipments.
• Provide real‑time shipment status updates to clients and resolve issues.
