Qualifications

• Familiarity with air cargo documentation and systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to forwarding partners by managing air freight bookings, documentation, and communication from pickup to final delivery.
• Handle booking requests and confirmations for air freight consolidations.
• Prepare and verify shipment documentation (MAWB, HAWB, manifest, etc.).
• Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and internal operations for smooth execution.
• Provide proactive shipment status updates to forwarding partners.
• Support rate quotations and routing inquiries in collaboration with sales/ops.
• Manage service incidents, escalations, and ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NEXAS service standards.
