Job summary

CXM Securities LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development professional in Malaysia to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive BD strategy within the FX sector. You will manage partner and client relationships, travel to foster partnerships, and guide a high-performing BD team.

The role requires 3–5 years in FX BD, proven leadership, and strong communication skills in English. Travel is required; the environment is fast-paced and revenue-focused.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business development experience in FX
• Proven ability to manage people and teams
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Oversee management of existing and new relationships with partners and clients.
• Personally build relationships to support existing and new programs.
• Prepare quarterly business plans for the targeted region.
• Provide supervision and guidance for the business development team.
• Report on overall department performance and individual targets.
• Ensure team members meet targets consistently.
• Communicate promotions, products and marketing campaigns.
• Document business development activities.
• Promote long-term strategic thinking, creativity, innovation, and high performance.
• Stay up to date with financial market events and developments.
• Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and speaking engagements.
