Fortune Gallant (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for our manufacturing operations.

You will prepare monthly financial statements, handle payroll and statutory submissions, and maintain accurate records. You must be proficient in Excel and accounting software, with good English and Bahasa Malaysia. This on-site role offers a stable environment with regular hours and opportunities to liaise with auditors and authorities.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Experience in payroll processing and SST submissions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Working knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Handle monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Prepare and submit SST returns.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding accounts.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities.
• Perform general accounting and administrative duties.
