Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy in GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.

The role involves monthly reporting, financial statements, and close processes, with a focus on compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands-on full-set accounting and month-end close.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts: GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Perform month-end/year-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions and payments.
• Manage AP/AR, invoicing, and collections.
