Nextgreen Global Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and related duties within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will maintain financial records, assist month-end closing, prepare statements for management, monitor cash flow, and support audits and tax activities, using Excel and Autocount, with Chinese communication ability.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, finance or related fields.
• 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience (manufacturing background a plus).
• Experience with full set of accounts and financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian compliance (SST, WHT, Taxation etc.).
• Familiarity with E-Invoice systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Autocount).
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records and book-keeping.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, verify invoices, and process transactions.
• Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
• Assist with month-end closing and balance reconciliations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and budget allocations.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
• Support the accounting manager with audit and tax activities.
