Job summary

VF Corp. in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) seeks a Senior Specialist, Fulfillment Operations to own operational performance and KPI delivery for assigned markets and processes.

The role serves as a SME for fulfillment, driving process governance, issue resolution and cross-functional projects across SG & MY markets. You will analyze data to identify trends, implement PDCA/Lean improvements, and collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to strengthen preventive controls and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Strong experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory or process control.
• Able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and 3PL partners without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance and KPI delivery for assigned markets, processes or workstreams.
• Analyze complex operational issues, identify root causes, assess risks and drive corrective actions.
• Translate business requirements into operating processes, SOPs and system requirements.
• Manage 3PL partners through KPI reviews, governance routines and issue escalation.
• Lead cross-functional projects with clear scope, milestones and outcomes.
