Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet service level targets and report performance.
• Identify process gaps and work with counterparts on business requirements.
• Suggest process improvements while adhering to system requirements.
• Perform system updates for PO master data in SAP.
• Create Purchase Orders in SAP as per requirements.
• Maintain purchase orders and manage PO changes.
• Generate reports for data verification.
• Conduct regular data accuracy checks to ensure data integrity.
• Meet or exceed team service level targets for accuracy and on-time execution.
