Job summary

VF Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist, Fulfillment Operations for SG&MY to own defined fulfillment processes and drive KPI improvement across markets. You will lead cross-functional projects, governance, and 3PL performance, translating business requirements into SOPs, operating controls and system needs.

Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and governance routines.
Familiarity with 3PL management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Own operational performance and KPI delivery for assigned markets or workflows.
Analyze complex operational issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
Act as escalation point and Fulfillment SME for processes.
Translate business requirements into SOPs, process maps and system needs.
Manage 3PL performance through KPI reviews and governance routines.
Lead cross-functional projects with clear scope, milestones and ownership.
