Job summary

VF Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Data Coordination Specialist to support Global Supply Planning and buy execution. You will ensure data accuracy, system readiness, and timely PR to PO execution within your scope, while aligning with GTM milestones.

You will collaborate with GSP teams to validate ERP data, monitor PR to PO status, and produce Buyer Summary Status Reports. Escalation of issues will help keep plans on schedule.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP ERP and planning systems (e.g., HELIX).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work with structured timelines (GTM calendar).
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in operations, planning, or data-related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Governance & Pre-PO Readiness: validate data and pre-checks prior to PO creation in SAP ERP.
• Ensure data is complete, accurate, and aligned with approved buy plans within assigned scope.
• PR to PO Execution & Monitoring: track and support PR to PO conversion status for assigned brands; monitor open PRs, gaps, and escalations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate with GSP, System Ops, and stakeholders on execution status and GTM milestones.
• Seasonal & System Readiness Tracking: monitor readiness across GTM calendar phases and provide updates for upcoming cycles.
