Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production coordinator to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth communication between the production team and management. You will monitor materials, equipment, and labor needs to prevent delays and maintain accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language skills are advantageous for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be prioritized to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Proficient in using office softwares such as SQL will be a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production timelines to ensure all orders due dates are met on time.
• Act as the primary liaison between production team and the management team.
• Track materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prevent delays.
• Identify potential production hurdles and implement quick, effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate raw materials and outgoing goods inventory log.
