Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely deployment of equipment by coordinating transport and delivery schedules. You will liaise with customers, site personnel and internal teams on clearance and documentation, while handling inquiries with prompt, professional support.

Role requires 2+ years in logistics or related fields, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Office hours and strong coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, planning, customer service, sales support or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Auto Count is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and highly accountable.
• Good time management with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to ensure tasks meet deadlines.
• Willingness to respond to work phone after office hours for urgent cases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport arrangements and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely deployment of equipment.
• Liaise with customers, site personnel and internal teams on site clearance and required documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms, providing prompt and professional support.
• Provide pre-delivery and after-sales administrative support.
• Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, commercial invoices, proforma invoices, packing lists and other required documents.
• Manage export documentation and ensure all required documents are complete, accurate and properly maintained.
• Maintain timely and accurate filing and documentation records.
• Maintain up-to-date equipment certifications and related documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales and operational records.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department.
