Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily import, export, inventory, and shipping operations in Selangor. You will work closely with warehouse, sales, finance, suppliers, and regional teams to ensure goods and shipments are processed accurately and on time.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics or related fields, experience with SAP or ERP systems, and strong MS Excel/Office skills, plus English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, or order coordination.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process goods receiving and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Prepare import, export, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Process stock transfers, loan orders, and return shipments.
• Check freight, shipping, and duty invoices for accuracy.
• Manage marine insurance declarations and assist with claims when required.
• Maintain proper shipping and inventory records for audit purposes.
• Support stock counts, inventory audits, and other logistics projects.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
