Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Operations Administrator to act as the central hub for daily operations. You will manage exports/imports, logistics, sales support, HR tasks, and basic IT coordination.

The role requires 2–4+ years of administrative experience in manufacturing or distribution, with ERP and CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills. Expect an onsite role with varied responsibilities across supply chain and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience with ERP and CRM software is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365).
• Solid understanding of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
• Process customer orders and issue confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes in the ERP system.
• Serve as the main contact for inquiries on order status, lead times, and shipping schedules.
