Job summary

KENJO BABY HOUSE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Fulfillment Team Leader in Kedah to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment and compliance with company policies.

You will supervise a team, monitor performance, allocate manpower, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fulfillment or warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Commitment to safety and OSH standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fulfillment team in daily operations including picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support where necessary.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively.
• Conduct daily briefings to communicate targets and updates.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to maintain product quality.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with relevant teams for stock discrepancies.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and OSH compliance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors or returns.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.

The Fulfillment Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations related to order fulfillment, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of orders. This role involves supervising a team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and lead the fulfillment team in daily operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the required timelines

Monitor team performance and productivity, providing guidance and support where necessary

Plan and allocate manpower effectively

Conduct daily briefings to communicate targets, priorities, and operational updates

Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to maintain product quality

Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with relevant teams for stock discrepancies

Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) requirements

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors or returns

Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management
