in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory, lead warehouse teams, coordinate logistics, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the facility. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, maintain accurate records, rotate stock, monitor productivity, and train staff, while identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Management or above in any discipline.
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and system updates.
• Ensure stock is rotated correctly to prevent expiry or obsolescence.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift drivers.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall performance.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and transport teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA or local safety regulations.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and workforce productivity.

Job description

This is a warehouse supervisor position responsible for overseeing inventory management, leading warehouse teams, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring safety and compliance across the facility.

Key responsibilities

About you

Minimum level of education—Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management and above in any discipline

Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position

Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management

Excellent leadership and organization skills, time management, problem-solving, and strong decision-making skills

Proficient knowledge of warehouse policy and procedures

Able to work with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems

Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English with ease

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds

Able to work overtime where required due to order surges and at last-minute notification to meet customer delivery deadlines
