KLA is seeking a Software Application Engineer based in Kulim, Malaysia, with 2–5 years PCB-related experience. You will provide front-line technical support for Frontline software, handle installations, configurations, and troubleshooting, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and willingness to travel within Southeast Asia for on-site support. A relevant engineering degree is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• 2–5 years PCB related work experience.
• Familiarity with Frontline InPlan/InFlow or InCAMPro is a major plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support for Frontline software, including installation, configuration, version upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction.
• Document, track, and escalate complex issues to R&D when required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to support onboarding, demonstrations, and product improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the service system.
• Deliver technical presentations and customer training sessions to customers and internal teams.
