KLA is seeking a technically adept Engineer to deliver frontline software support for our Frontline platform in Malaysia. You will troubleshoot, install, configure, and upgrade software while keeping customers satisfied and operationally excellent.

As a team player, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D to onboard customers, demonstrate products, and drive continuous improvement across regional accounts, with travel across Southeast Asia as required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with PCB related work experience (2–5 years).
• At least 2 years CAM/MI experience in PCB industry is preferred.
• Experience in Frontline InPlan/InFlow or InCAMPro is a plus.
• Strong software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset; able to collaborate cross‑functionally.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line technical support for Frontline software, including installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction.
• Record, track, and escalate complex issues to R&D and stakeholders when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to support onboarding and product improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the support system and deliver training as needed.
• Deliver technical presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions to customers and internal teams.
• Support projects independently and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Follow company processes and service standards across all support activities.
• Willing to be based in Malaysia and travel to Southeast Asia for on-site support.
