Responsibilities

• Document, track, and escalate complex issues to R&D when required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to support onboarding, demonstrations, and product improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the service system.
