Job summary

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil, is seeking a Front Office Attendant to deliver courteous and professional service across the hotel. The role involves rotation within Rooms and other departments, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth shift handovers.

Due to work permit restrictions, this position is open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. Reports to the Front Office Manager and requires a proactive, guest-focused approach to upselling and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to rotate across sub departments within Rooms or other areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service aligned with hotel policies.
• Maintain high grooming and hygiene standards and good rapport with colleagues.
• Balance cash/perform shift closing tasks and handle guest requests; upsell hotel services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with supervisors to handover pending items for next shift and follow up with guests.
