Responsabilités

• Deal with enquiries via telephone, email, internet, and in person.
• Record reservations accurately in the system following procedures.
• Coordinate corporate events and upsell venue services.
• Create and extract daily reservations reports from OPERA and Hyatt Reserve.
• Provide friendly, professional service and maintain standards.
