Job summary

Teck Guan Group is seeking a friendly hotel front desk receptionist based in Tawau, Sabah. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out processes, and address inquiries and complaints with a professional approach.

A valid driving license, sociable personality, and the ability to work rotating shifts are required. Successful candidates will be based in Tawau, Sabah, joining a diversified company with hospitality and other business interests.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fluent in 3 languages for guest communication.
• Must possess a valid Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional check-in and check-out service and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Handle receptionist duties including inquiries, reservations and complaints professionally.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Fluent in 3 languages to communicate effectively with guests.
• Able to work on rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
• Must possess a valid Driving License
• Sociable, outgoing, friendly, proactive and able to initiate conversations and enjoys engaging with guests.
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and presentable looks at all times.
• Previous experience in customer service, receptionist roles, or hotel front office is a distinct advantage.
