Zen Ent Sdn Bhd in Puchong (Selangor) seeks a Front Office professional to join our team. This full-time position is essential for creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure and for setting the tone of service throughout a guest's stay.

You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle payments, coordinate with other departments, and provide information about local attractions. A professional appearance and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front office, reception or guest services role in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse guests and colleagues.
• Proficient with property management systems and hotel software platforms.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanour and manage check-in/check-out.
• Manage guest accounts, process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving issues calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B for seamless experiences.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions to guests.
• Handle telephone communications, messages and call routing.
• Assist with reservations, modifications and cancellations per hotel policy.
• Keep front desk area clean, organized and welcoming, supporting occupancy targets.
