Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/A-Level or above required.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year in customer service.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a bonus.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Respond to calls, emails, and social media inquiries with clear information.
• Handle billing and issue receipts/invoices accurately.
• Keep reception area tidy and well-stocked.
