Skin House Aesthetic in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a professional receptionist to join our clinic. This full-time role is the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional standards.

You will greet clients, manage the desk and appointments, handle payments, maintain records, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. A friendly, confidential approach and fluency in English are essential, with Malay or Mandarin helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist or customer-facing admin in healthcare/clinic setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with appointment management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Friendly, patient and empathetic with clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage the reception desk.
• Answer calls courteously and efficiently.
• Schedule and maintain appointments to optimise clinic flow.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and collect information and payments.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely.
• Maintain client records and confidentiality.
• Respond to enquiries about treatments and pricing.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for patient flow.
• Perform filing, data entry, and general admin.
• Keep reception area clean and professional.
• Address complaints with empathy and escalate when needed.
