Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in reception, customer service, clinic administration is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills, including Word/Excel and WhatsApp.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Comfortable handling payments and basic administrative documentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
• Coordinate patient appointments with physiotherapists and consultants.
• Collect payments and issue receipts/invoices.
• Handle cash, card, online transfer, panel and other approved payment methods.
• Assist with panel/GL verification and basic documentation when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients when necessary.
• Manage patient waiting times and communicate any delays.
