Origin Physio is a growing physiotherapy and wellness company based at Forest City Golf & Resort, serving golfers and active clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and managing the front desk operations.

Key responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, learning services and promotions, coordinating with physiotherapists, and supporting admin tasks. The role requires proactive, organized individuals with strong customer skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, PA or admin assistant.
• Experience in handling calls and managing appointment schedules.
• Proactive, organised and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
• Friendly and confident with customers.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, booking systems).
• Able to speak English; Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls, messages and walk-in enquiries.
• Schedule, confirm and manage client appointments.
• Learn our services and promotions and explain them clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists on schedules, client needs and follow-ups.
• Support daily admin work such as records, filing, payments and simple reports.
• Spot what needs doing and take care of it without waiting to be asked.
