Job summary

Your Physio Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Receptionist cum Admin to provide front-desk support and keep daily administrative operations running smoothly. You will manage calls, greet visitors, handle appointments, maintain records, and assist in general office coordination.

The role requires a professional, friendly attitude and strong multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment. Experience in reception/front office and a diploma or SPM is preferred.

The Receptionist cum Admin is responsible for providing front-desk support and ensuring smooth daily administrative operations. This role includes managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling appointments, maintaining records, preparing documents, and assisting in general office coordination. The position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly customer service, greeting, eye contact with good smile practice.

Coordinating schedules and managing customer appointment.

Check in and check out patients in accordance to the company policy and procedure.

Record the daily sales accurately tally to bank records.

Responsible for assisting the manager on office daily to ensure smooth running of centre operations.

Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.

Prepare reports requested by panelist, such as Socso, PMCare etc.

Perform any ad-hoc assignment to be given by superior from time to time.

Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role
