Job summary

Talent Recruit in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Customer Service Manager for its freight forwarding and logistics operations based in Senawang. You will coordinate export shipment bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics vendors to ensure smooth daily air and ocean freight operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of export/import operations and freight forwarding processes.
• Experience in air freight and ocean freight shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipment bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics vendors.
• Manage daily air freight and ocean freight operational activities.
• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Follow up on booking confirmation, shipping schedules, and operational milestones.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, transporters, customs brokers, and customers.
• Handle shipping documentation and operational data updates.
• Support urgent shipment arrangements and customer escalation cases.
• Maintain accurate operational records and billing-related information.
• Prepare daily operational reports and shipment status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and operational procedures.
