Responsibilities

• 출하 시스템을 활용해 적재/출하 상태에 따라 입력이 정확히 반영되도록 관리.
• 일일 수출입 운송 운영의 중단 없이 원활한 프로세스 유지 주도.
• 현장 점검 및 수출/수입 화물 서류 제출 관리.
• 수출입 규정 준수 관련 주제별 자문 및 문제 해결.
• 화물 관련 이슈를 상급자 및 CS팀에 보고/대응.
• 시설 간 화물 인수/양도 시 현장 지원.
• 안전 및 보안 업무에 대한 책임 수행.
• 향후 필요 시 터미널-시설 간 화물 이전 지원.

직무 설명

This position requires the handling and support of the export and import operations tasks and operations process flow of shipments to ensure no disruption/irregularities on day-to-day basis.

Job Responsibilities

• To use the company internal shipment system to ensure shipment entry properly updated according to status of shipment till proper closing of shipments.
• Take the lead and ensure no disruption/irregularities to day to day shipment operations processes and with the objective to meet customer's requirements for export and import.
• To be able to be on site to check on cargo condition and ensure proper submission for export or retrieval of import shipment.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor regarding compliance of export and import of goods.
• Resolve issues and addresses any freight related matters for export and import.
• To update any irregularities of shipments/related matters to Superior and CS team.
• Responsible for the Safety and Security of the station.
• To support for cargo transfer when needed for import/export from terminal to facility vice versa.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Direct Superior/Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma and above of any discipline, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 3 yrs - 5 yrs of working experience in air freight or related field.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations: Dangerous Goods (DG) Certification or knowledge is an advantage.
• To be able to deal with different internal stakeholders especially with terminal's authority, truckers when submitting cargo or retrieval of cargo.
• To be able to converse in English and Malay language to allow effective collaboration across the organization.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively when needed.
• Willing to work a 5.5 day work week. Mon-Fri afternoon shift, Sat late morning shift. The timing of the work shift may change based on future needs of the shipment arrangements.
