Job summary

Fresh Feast Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a customer service oriented team member for a fast-paced outlet. Prior F&B, café, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will take orders via POS, prepare beverages and foods, maintain cleanliness, handle payments, stock checks, and support daily outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers.
• Take customer orders accurately through the POS system.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to company standards and recipes.
• Ensure products are served with quality, presentation and consistency.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle cash, payments and daily transactions accurately.
• Assist in receiving, checking and storing stock and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages to the supervisor.
• Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow SOPs, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Work closely with Outlet Supervisor/Manager for smooth operations.
