Job summary

DOUGH BAKERY SDN. BHD. in Selangor is seeking a Barista to craft high-quality beverages and deliver excellent customer service.

You will welcome customers, take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, well-stocked coffee bar. Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend and public-holiday shifts are required; basic coffee knowledge is a plus. Join a friendly team with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous Barista experience is an advantage; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
• Ensure coffee machines and brewing equipment are cleaned and maintained daily.
• Replenish stock and ingredients, and report inventory shortages.
• Assist in displaying pastries, cakes, and other food items attractively.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
