Job summary

DOUGH BAKERY SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, greeting customers and processing orders.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Minimum SPM or equivalent required; passion for coffee and customer service is essential. The role includes weekend/public holiday shifts and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Barista is an advantage; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Passion for coffee and customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
Ensure coffee machines and brewing equipment are cleaned and maintained daily.
Replenish stock and ingredients, and report inventory shortages.
Assist in displaying pastries, cakes, and other food items attractively.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
