Job summary

Fresh Feast Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused individual for a busy F&B outlet in Malaysia. You will provide friendly service, take orders via POS, and prepare beverages and food to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and assist daily operations while working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers.
• Take customer orders accurately through the POS system.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to company standards and recipes.
• Ensure all products are served with good quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counter, equipment, and dining area.
• Handle cash, payments, and daily transactions accurately.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing stock and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow all company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Work closely with the Outlet Supervisor/Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
