Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• 2–4 years in telesales, account management, customer service, or sales roles within trading platforms, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills.
• Identify client needs and drive account growth through proactive engagement.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret client behavior for growth opportunities.
• Detail-oriented with awareness of compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage funded clients to increase activity, trading participation, and overall engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication across approved channels.
• Identify opportunities to encourage deposits, funding, and tier upgrades.
• Follow up with clients after first deposit who have not yet started trading.
• Re-engage dormant clients and implement strategies to reactivate trading activity.
• Monitor client lifecycle milestones and support through different stages of their trading journey.
• Conduct client account reviews and provide guidance to maximize platform usage and trading engagement.
• Promote relevant products, services, educational resources, webinars, and market events.
• Assist clients in understanding platform features and account benefits to improve experience.
• Coordinate with Operations and Relationship Management to resolve client issues efficiently.
