Job summary

Euroclear in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive Investment Funds Client Services professional to deliver premium service to clients, coordinated with operations and commercial teams. The role includes access to internal training on funds, operations, and an option to pursue external courses to become a certified funds professional.

You will engage with clients across multiple channels, resolving questions and issues while identifying opportunities to improve services and reporting features.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
• Suggest alternative or additional services and reporting features to meet client needs.
• Handle escalated issues and complex complaints with professionalism.
• Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring proximity and responsiveness to their needs.
• Respond to client operational questions and service issues, demonstrating knowledge of investment funds and our services.
• Represent client interests in internal forums, contributing to service improvements and operational feedback loops.
