The role emphasizes a proactive, client-first approach, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Office-based with potential hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum 1 year of experience in institutional account management or client service within financial services (banking, crypto, or payment solutions).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and live chat.
• Support the transition of new clients from the Client Success team to the Client Services team.
• Maintain positive client relationships by providing attentive service across a diverse portfolio.
• Identify and elevate client and system issues to the appropriate teams.
• Proactively assess client needs by working with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market-driven initiatives impacting clients and provide updates.
• Support client onboarding with progress updates and follow-ups.
• Assist with reporting, tracker maintenance, and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
