Qualifications

• Fluent in French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch/German (spoken and written).
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales within trading platforms or financial services.
• Detail-oriented with compliance awareness and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate and develop new trading clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Maintain high-volume client contact via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Build long-term relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and solution-focused communication.
• Promote the company’s trading products and services to meet client needs.
• Provide high-level support to resolve client inquiries and enhance experience.
• Deliver training on trading platforms, systems, and market strategies.
• Analyze client portfolios and take actions to optimize engagement and performance.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines in all interactions.
