Job summary

GR LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Logistics/Customs Executive to manage customs declarations, coordinate shipments by sea, air, or land, and handle essential shipping documentation.

You will liaise with vendors and customers to ensure smooth deliveries and monitor cargo movements, providing timely updates. Requirements include proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, 1–2 years in customs/logistics, and KEK certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 1–2 years of working experience in customs declaration and logistics.
• Junior to Senior Executive specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• KEK certification considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and submit customs declarations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with vendors and customers to arrange import/export shipments by sea, air, or land.
• Prepare import and export shipping documents including draft BL, NOA, and permits.
• Actively monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by Management.

Job description

This role involves managing customs declarations, coordinating shipments, and handling documentation for import and export operations. You will work with vendors and customers to arrange shipments by sea, air, or land, monitor cargo movements, and provide customer updates.

Key responsibilities

Generate and submit customs declarations (K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9, ZB, or PKFZ) in compliance with regulatory requirements

Liaise with vendors and customers to arrange import and export shipments by sea, air, or land, ensuring smooth delivery up to shipper/consignee premises

Prepare import and export shipping documents, including draft Bill of Lading (BL), Notice of Arrival (NOA), and relevant permits

Actively monitor shipment status, track and trace cargo movements, and provide timely updates to customers

Assist with additional tasks or assignments as directed by Management

About you

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Minimum of 1–2 years of working experience in customs declaration and logistics field

Junior to Senior Executive specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

KEK certification considered an added advantage

Must possess own transport

Willingness to work in Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant working experience.
