Your Bourse is seeking a Technical Support Specialist L1 to be the primary contact for customers, providing troubleshooting, configuration guidance, and product usage support via chats. You will respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, this on-site role requires Forex/FinTech exposure, English fluency, and knowledge of Windows Server administration and networking.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in forex/FinTech support or dealing/trading platform administration is preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of networks and Windows Server administration.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Empathetic and team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
