Job summary

CFI Financial Group is seeking a talented Trading System Infrastructure Engineer – L2 Support to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will provide L2 support for trading system infrastructure including MT5 and Trade Evolution, monitor servers, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong Linux/Windows server administration, networking knowledge, scripting skills, and experience with monitoring tools.

Qualifications

Experience supporting trading platforms (MT5 preferred).
Strong admin skills in Linux and Windows Server.
Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
Experience with monitoring tools and incident processes.
Ability to perform root-cause analysis under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for trading system infrastructure.
Monitor trading servers, services, and connectivity for uptime.
Troubleshoot platform, network, and application incidents (L1 escalations).Perform root-cause analyses and implement fixes.
Maintain Linux and Windows server environments.
Manage platform configurations, plugins, and integrations with Trading SysOps.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Assist deployment, patching, and maintenance windows.
Document incidents and resolutions; participate in on-call rotations.
