Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malacca is seeking an HR Officer to manage monthly payroll, prepare HR letters, and maintain leave records while supporting administrative tasks for HQ and outlets.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HR Management with 1–2 years of HR experience and is proficient in UBS Payroll System and Microsoft Excel. We value attention to detail, independence, and teamwork with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years relevant HR experience preferred.
• Experience with large retail accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HR letters (Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation, Warning, and other letters).
• Process monthly salaries and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Maintain/track leave records.
• Compile and prepare HR monthly reports.
• Assist HQ and outlets on general admin tasks.
• Coordinate recruitment arrangements and interview scheduling.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
