Job summary

Visco Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Human Resources Officer to oversee end-to-end foreign worker processes, maintain compliant records, and liaise with agencies and internal departments in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years of experience with foreign workers, and strong communication skills. Multilingual ability is an advantage; duties include hostel welfare and reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end foreign worker processes: recruitment, calling visa, permit renewal, FOMEMA, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Employment Act, Immigration rules, Act 446, and social audit requirements.
• Manage foreign worker hostels, welfare, and daily HR matters (attendance, discipline, etc).
• Liaise with agencies, Immigration, JTK, embassies, and internal departments.
• Prepare manpower reports and track passport/permit expiry.
