Job summary

SP Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Manager/Assistant Manager to ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws, manage end-to-end foreign worker processes, and handle disciplinary and industrial relations matters.

You will support management in labour disputes, maintain employee records, liaise with government authorities, and develop HR policies in compliance with employment laws. You will oversee recruitment and full lifecycle, from posting to onboarding and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and foreign worker management.
• Strong understanding of Labour Law, IR procedures and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
• Manage end-to-end foreign worker processes including quota and visa applications.
• Coordinate with Immigration Department, JTK, FOMEMA, SOCSO, and other authorities.
• Handle disciplinary matters including investigations and show-cause letters.
• Prepare Industrial Relations documentation and maintain related IR records.
• Support management in labour disputes or Industrial Court matters.
• Coordinate foreign worker arrival, onboarding, welfare and attendance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
