Job summary

VIGORPLUS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage foreign worker permits, payroll, attendance, and compliance in Johor. You will coordinate with embassies and government agencies, ensuring timely renewals and accurate records.

The role involves processing monthly payroll for 200+ staff, managing attendance data, and handling statutory contributions and stamping procedures. Strong communication is essential to liaise with workers and authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/BA or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with foreign worker management, PLKS renewals, FOMEMA, and passport applications.
• Proficiency in Upayroll or equivalent HRIS/Payroll tools and Excel.
• Familiarity with Malaysian Immigration policies, SOCSO portals, and LHDN stamping procedures.
• Strong communication with workers, embassies, and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Renew foreign worker permits and maintain records.
• Process monthly payroll for 200+ staff and generate related reports.
• Manage attendance, leave requests, and discrepancy resolution.
• Handle online government contributions and stamping procedures; issue internal memos.
• Maintain Worker Master List and inventory for uniforms.
