Job summary

UNIOLEO SDN BHD seeks a hands-on HR professional to support daily HR operations in a factory setting. You will handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, foreign worker payroll, attendance, and employee relations to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in HR or related field with 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience, knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, and proficiency in SQL HRMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory environment.
• Practical experience handling foreign workers and liaising with authorities.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, foreign worker payroll, attendance tracking, and employee relations.
• Handle end-to-end foreign worker processes including work permit applications/renewals, documentation, accommodation, welfare, and repatriation.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, immigration requirements, and internal policies.
• Liaise with government authorities, external agencies, and vendors on foreign worker and HR-related matters.
• Assist in disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and performance management processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation.
• Support manpower planning and day-to-day workforce coordination with factory operations.
• Coordinate training sessions and HR-related activities.
• Monitor hostel/accommodation arrangements to ensure proper upkeep and worker welfare.
