DKSH Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales professional to expand market share in the F&B sector. You will acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships, executing strategies to meet targets while protecting market position.

This role demands strong communication and travel readiness in a dynamic food services environment. You will manage orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, leveraging bakery ingredients

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Culinary/Baking or related field.
• 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably in F&B.
• Sales background with HORECA exposure is highly desirable.
• Experience in bakery ingredients sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
• Track progress against KPIs and sales plans; prioritize daily activities.
• Execute sales activities including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions.
• Prepare quotations and terms; ensure alignment with company policies.
• Report on competitors; maintain customer data in CRM.
• Capture payments; support cost management and resource usage.
• Log customer issues and follow up; respond to orders and queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery; build key relationships.
