Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably from F&B.

Responsibilities

• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.
• Track progress against KPIs and sales plans; prioritize daily activities.
• Execute sales activities including product portfolios, marketing plans, and merchandising.
• Prepare quotation/tender prices, delivery terms, and commercial terms per policy.
• Report competitor activities and maintain customer data in CRM.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and collect payments.
• Maintain a customer issues log and follow up on problems.
• Respond to orders/queries, inform customers of promotions and new products.
• Support budget management and ensure efficient resource usage.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely product delivery.
