Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive, Food Services to drive sales growth across the Klang Valley. You will acquire new clients, strengthen relationships with chefs and F&B managers, and execute targeted sales strategies that build brand loyalty and sustainable revenue.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, conducting demonstrations, and guiding distributors to improve channel performance while meeting cash collection and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; hotel/HORECA exposure is highly desirable.
• Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities across assigned territories and develop competitive strategies and tactical plans.
• Gather market intelligence and contribute to SWOT analysis by tracking competitor activities and trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with Executive Chefs, Pastry Chefs, F&B Managers, and R&D Managers to drive loyalty.
• Provide direction to Sub-Distributors and Wholesalers to strengthen channel performance.
• Conduct product demonstrations, menu creation sessions, and blind testing to drive conversion.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs across assigned accounts to grow revenue.
