SHOPPERPLUS SDN BHD is seeking a Food & Coffee Operations Consultant (Central) to support deli2go and Costa outlets across Klang Valley. You will conduct site visits, monitor operations, and brief retailers on procedures to uphold quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes food safety, SOP adherence, and data-driven reporting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; travel within Klang Valley is expected; strong English and Bahasa Malaysia are required for effective collaboration.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of F&B operations and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for retailer/stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented with data-driven problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled site visits to deli2go and Costa outlets.
• Analyze sales performance against targets and generate reports.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, SOP adherence.
• Conduct formal audits covering documentation, equipment, inventory, and staff knowledge.
• Share findings with the Shell Food & Coffee team and retailers to drive improvement.
• Prepare and brief retailers on opening procedures and execution checklists.
• Provide on-site coaching on food prep, baking, and safety standards.
• Maintain regular communication and consolidate operational findings with the Food & Coffee team.
